 Introduction:

    Incorporating technology into our Remediation and Enrichment - Let's Fight Hunger unit plan enhances the learning experience for our students. The technology we chose aligned with learning styles and promoted global awareness of world food insecurity:

Reflective Blogging Platform: 

    This tool enables our students (Alex) to express their thoughts in a personalized space, encouraging reflective learning. It engages our students through creative expression and ensures the appropriate use through monitored access and guidelines. 

Virtual Discussion Platform:

    Facilitating small group discussions virtually ensures inclusivity and varied participation. Guidelines for respectful and constructive communication were established to ensure appropriate use. 

Augmented Reality (AR) App:

    AR technology provides a hands-on experience for our students (Morgan), reinforcing their learning through interactive exploration. Supervised use and clear guidelines ensured appropriate engagement.

Collaborative Online Platform:

    Utilizing collaborative tools promotes global perspectives by connecting our students with peers from diverse cultural backgrounds. Guidelines/rules for respectful collaboration and cultural sensitivity were used.

Multimedia Presentation Tools:

    These tools allowed our students to creatively present their projects, promoting global connections with world food insecurity. Monitoring content and providing guidelines for cultural sensitivity ensured appropriate use.

Online Learning Platforms:

    Adaptive learning platforms tailored to individual learning styles ensured differentiated instruction. Monitoring progress and offering additional support through virtual office maintained appropriate use.
